SPAN 050A: Basic Spanish Conversation and Culture I

Course Description

Designed for those desiring a basic, practical conversational approach to learning a language, this course emphasizes conversation and culture, while building a strong vocabulary foundation. A variety of classroom activities give students the opportunity to use the language while studying it. Cultural topics center on everyday life in Spanish-speaking countries today (food, customs, traditions, and family, etc.).
