Academic & Math Community Service
I have been at West Ê®·ÖÁùºÏ²Ê since 1994. I have served on the Curriculum Committee and Scholarship Committee, and as a faculty advisor for the Women in Math Club and the Anime and Gaming Club. I serve as the Secretary on the Board of the Santa Clara Ê®·ÖÁùºÏ²Ê Mathematics Association. I am a member of the American Mathematical Association of Two-Year Colleges, the California Mathematics Council of Community Colleges and the Santa Clara Ê®·ÖÁùºÏ²Ê Mathematics Association.

Teaching Experience
Before joining the faculty at West Ê®·ÖÁùºÏ²Ê College, I was a tenured math instructor at Pasadena City College.
I have also taught part-time at Santa Clara University, New York University, and Santa Monica College.

English, some Spanish, working on chiShona (Zimbabwe)
Hobbies
My favorite things to do other than teaching are playing music, learning about music and culture from teachers from Zimbabwe, traveling, taking our dogs on adventures, going to live shows (music and theater), reading fiction, and cooking/baking.
