Per Board Policy CDC (LOCAL) all gifts or donations valued at $2,500 or more shall be accepted upon Board approval.
As part of the Consent Agenda, the following donations were accepted by the Board of Trustees during the March 27, 2025 Regular Board Meeting.
- Birdville Choir Boosters, Inc. donated $10,000 to Smithfield Middle School.

Daren Daugherty donated a 2001 Ford F350 to the BCTAL Automotive Technology Department.
