Academic Boost Parent Registration Information (As a Guardian)

Instructions for viewing on Desktop
- Navigate to the Focus Website & enter your username & password. Click “Login”
- Once logged in, Click “Forms Summary” on the right-hand side, under your student’s picture.

Lastly, Select “2024-2025 Academic Boost” under the student who you would like to attend Academic Boost. This will open up the registration form.
Fill out the form & click “Submit & Finish”
- Navigate to the Focus Website & enter your username & password. Click “Login”

Instructions for viewing on Mobile Device
1.Open up the É«»¨Ìà Focus App on your Smart Device.
Next, enter in your username & password. Click “Login”
2. Once logged in, click Menu button in the upper left-hand corner.
3. Next, tap “Forms” from the menu list.
Lastly, click on the “2024-2025 Academic Boost” form.
Fill out the form & click “Submit & Finish”
